Which Concierge Medicine Membership is Right for You?
Housecall Concierge Membership
Our housecall plan is for those who want the convenience and/or safety of having your primary care physician visit you in your home. Just call to explain your need to our triage staff and we'll schedule you ASAP.
This plan is excellent for people with mobility or immune issues, as well as those with time and/or privacy concerns.
Office visits, video calls, phone calls, and email exchanges are also available to Concierge Housecall Members.
In-Office Concierge Membership
The office-only option is a more affordable Concierge Member healthcare plan, but still includes unlimited access! Just call or email our triage assistant to describe your need, and we'll schedule the patient experience you need: office visit, video call, phone call, or email exchange.
If you are an employer or have an employer, ask about our Healthy Employee Plan. You can bring Direct Primary Care (in-office only) to your entire organization and their families.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does health insurance cover Concierge Medicine plans?
No. Just as the care is direct from doctor to patient, the payment is direct from patient to doctor. Concierge Medicine is a model that changes how patients pay for care, replacing higher premiums and co-pays with a membership fee that guarantees unlimited physician access.
Will this replace my health insurance?
No. Concierge Medicine plans help to prevent and minimize health emergencies, but we recommend all patients have health insurance to cover hospitalizations, specialists, medications, blood work, X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, or durable medical equipment.
Can I have a Concierge Medicine Membership plus Medicare?
Yes! In fact, most of our Concierge Members are Medicare recipients. Our patients direct pay for the unlimited, personal care they want and then use Medicare benefits to cover prescriptions, specialists, and other non-primary care needs.
Do you replace my specialists, like my cardiologist or neurologist?
Our full scope of Primary Care does not replace specialist care, but we work closely with your specialists to make sure they see the whole picture instead of just a particular condition. We help you navigate the world of specialists and advocate on your behalf before and after a specialist appointment—helping them understand your history and concerns, and helping you understand their advice and options.
Which Concierge Medicine plan is right for me?
Either the housecall or in-office Concierge Membership is a great choice for a busy individual seeking excellent care for themselves and/or their family. The Concierge Membership housecall plan is, of course, invaluable for people with mobility or immune issues.
